William Summers graduated from Aberdeen University in 1981. He qualified in 1984. Since then Willie has specialised in litigation. He is one of the founding partners of DWS. He is a Solicitor Advocate with extended rights of audience in the Court of Session and a Commercial Mediator accredited with the Law Society of Scotland. Willie has extensive experience in negotiating settlement of actions and presenting cases in Court. He has an established reputation as a safe pair of hands with a “no nonsense” approach to litigation.
