Gillian graduated from Edinburgh University with the Dundas & Wilson Prize for Company Law in 1988. She has specialised in corporate and commercial work since qualifying in 1990 and was a founding partner of DWS. Her specialist area is general commercial work with a particular emphasis on commercial and corporate business and fishing related transactions. Involved in the day to day running of a medium sized business, Gillian can share her experience and the experience gained from working with clients in numerous fields over many years to provide her clients with practical advice and personally tailored solutions to suit the clients’ needs and to deliver the desired results.
