In recent years, society has become increasingly aware of the availability of compensation for people who are unfortunate enough to suffer injury, either as a result of a road traffic accident, an accident in the workplace or otherwise.
We are happy to advise clients initially on the prospects of any claim, without charge. After the initial meeting, we will be able to confirm whether we can take the case up on a speculative basis, whereby the client will not be responsible for the firm’s fees in pursuing compensation.
The vast majority of cases settle by negotiation, but should it be necessary to institute Court proceedings, our litigation team will be glad to deal with this matter on the client’s behalf.
