We also advise on property sales. We provide a free pre-sale valuation on a no obligation basis, and will give a realistic estimate of the value of your property. We provide detailed schedules and your property will be advertised in the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre and on its comprehensive website.
Once an acceptable offer for your property is made, we will deal with the conclusion of the contract and all conveyancing formalities.

RESIDENTIAL LEASING
We provide a full residential leasing and factoring service, including taking references from prospective tenants, carrying out regular inspections, collecting and retaining deposits from tenants, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations including those relating to Fire Safety and Gas, and attending to notifying the relevant services and local authority regarding the Council Tax. We will advertise your Property in the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre and will also make use of our mailing list, including sending out details to recruitment agencies and oil companies if appropriate.
